Keep the Combat Baseline Stable

The TriSeadon baseline is the three main combat hulls: FFG, DDG, and CAG. Expedition hulls should exist only when they clearly reduce strain on those combatants, reuse enough of the shared architecture to stay economical, and avoid reopening the core design every time a new mission appears.

Why This Branch Exists

Operational reason: some missions need afloat staging, medical support, sustainment, or drone-control depth more than they need another primary combat hull.
Industrial reason: derivative hulls can preserve common systems, training, yard flow, and module standards while serving different roles.
Program-control reason: separating expedition variants from the core baseline prevents mission creep from destabilizing FFG, DDG, and CAG production.
